Allen Stout, Broker/Owner, began his career in Real Estate in 1984 after a 14 year career in the Human Resources field. After a successful career as a sales associate he started a Better Homes and Gardens franchise which he subsequently sold in 1988. In 1989, he started OklaHomes Realty along with several other top producing agents in the area.
Allen has a Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University and has lived in Rogers County since 1970. He has served on the Greater Tulsa Board of Realtors as a Director, Treasurer, and served as its President in 2002. He has also served on the Northeast Oklahoma Real Estate Service (MLS) Board of Directors.
Allen is known for his innovative thinking and has been on the leading edge of technology usage in the real estate field having instituted many firsts in his office such as, Internet Caf, advertising all listings all the time on the internet, high speed internet for all agents, direct telephone lines for agents, virtual tours for all listings, and first to publish a web site in Rogers County.
Allen has a wife, Tia, two daughters, Monica and Adrienne, and one son, Cody.
Allen specializes in commercial, farms, land, property management, residential sales and oklahoma transactions.
