Barnsdall is a small town with a population of around 1,200 people. It was founded in 1905 as a oil boom town, and was named after oilman Theodore Barnsdall. The town's economy is still heavily reliant on oil production, but it has a diverse range of businesses including restaurants, convenience stores, and a grocery store. The Barnsdall Public Schools serves the community, and there are several parks and recreational areas nearby for outdoor activities.
