Luther is a small town located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, United States. It has a population of around 1,400 people and covers an area of 1.4 square miles. The town was founded in 1889, during the Land Run, and named after Martin Luther, the leader of the Protestant Reformation. Luther is known for its charming small town feel, its annual fall festival known as Luther Pecan Festival, and its close proximity to the Oklahoma City metro area.
