Chad is a native of Oregon growing up in Salem and returning to Salem with his growing family after serving our country in the Army and earning a bachelors degree from Portland State University with a major in sociology and a minor in business. And later obtaining his Master's degree in Public Administration & Business from Villanova. The foundation of Chads business is lifelong learning which includes studying the local real estate market and technology. Chad has a strong knack for creating outside-of-the box strategies to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
