Hi, and thanks for taking a minute to get to know me. I have always enjoyed looking at houses since I was a kid. When my family travels, we always take time to look at the different types and styles of homes being built in that area. It is fun when you can make a living doing something you enjoy.

I would say my specialty is New Construction. I spent 15+ years working along side a Builder where I processed Contracts, helped Clients w/ personalized selections for their new homes; staged homes; performed Client walk thru's, answered Client questions, etc. I understand Construction language and timelines, which helps my Clients feel comfortable throughout the process of looking/buying a New Construction home.

As you know, property in Portland is a commodity. Understanding what an older home has to offer a Client - maybe not in its current form, but in an updated/remodeled version, is extremely important. My Construction background is definitely a benefit in this case as well.

When it comes to Selling a home, the goal is to make people feel welcome in your home, so they can picture themselves living there. My best suggestion to make this happen is to Simplify, and De-Clutter. I know it is a hassle, but whatever you do in advance, you won't have to do later. I am happy to give suggestions for Staging if the idea seems too overwhelming, or you are just not sure where to start.

Buying and/or Selling a home are both HUGE events in ones Life; an emotional one at that. I am happy to walk you through the different steps involved in your individual transaction, answering questions and providing information as we go.
