Little did I know that the purchase of a Department of Veterans Affairs sealed bid property in 1990 would lead to a thirty year career in real estate. Highlights of which are as follows; Recognized as a Top Producing Broker with many production awards. Extensive knowledge of condo associations as a result of participation in the newly formed HOAs of past sales projects. Expert consultation provided on all aspects, including; 30 yr reserve studies, bylaws and ultimately execution of the turnover from developer to owners at the time of project completion. I have also served on the board of several different condo associations. Experience as a Managing Principal Broker & Property Manager with a direct responsibility of managing a portfolio of over 500 units consisting of single family residential, apartments and commercial. Duties include; managing financial performance and maintenance schedules in accordance with budget and owner needs, handling resident relations matters and supervision of site staff in such matters, overseeing the property marketing and advertising programs including establishing rent levels, approving lease agreements, overseeing section 8 compliance on approved properties. 30 years of cross-industry experience amounting to an aptitude for professional real estate dealings of all types. I am dedicated to my career with involvement in local organizations and the pursuit of further education earning professional designations. My seasoned career in the Portland area has afforded me the opportunity to work with a number of fantastic individuals within the real estate industry.
