Carlene has over 30 years experience helping home buyers and sellers in southern Oregon. Twice named Realtor of the Year by the local Realtor association, Carlene has received many other honors for outstanding client and community service. She and her husband have lived in Ashland since 1969. Following an extensive background in the Court system and legal field, Carlene obtained her real estate license in 1981. Always a strong believer in education, Carlene was the first Ashland Realtor to obtain the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 1990 and has encouraged many others to do so as well. Along with CRS, she holds the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) and the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) as well as the At Home With Diversity certification.
Carlene's leisure activities include downhill skiing, international travel, gourmet foods and wines, home decorating, and a bit of container gardening in a wooded, hill-side environment. Close to the holidays she enjoys baking her "not-quite-yet-world-famous-shortbreads (shown in photo) for her clients.
