Angelica has been a full-time Broker since 2000. She has earned her GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) certifications. Angelica loves to help both buyers and sellers in Benton, Linn, and Polk counties.
After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, she worked for several years at Apple Computer, and then went back to school to get a teaching credential at San Jose State University. Angelica taught English as a Second Language for 10 years at both the adult and high school levels. German is her first language.
Angelica owns a number of rental properties that she manages herself. She can assist you with questions about investment properties, especially single-family homes.
When Angelica is not selling homes, she has volunteered as a teacher of the First Time Home Buyer Class at Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services. She taught courses at Linn-Benton Community College on real estate for students preparing for their broker licensing exam. Angelica served one year as the chair of the CARDV (Center Against R and Domestic Violence) run committee. She is passionate about nature, trees, recycling and organic, sustainable gardening practices. She has served as the chair of the Corvallis Civic Beautification and Urban Forestry Commission and was active in the group for 10 years. Currently Angelica is the treasurer for the Willamette Grange and she volunteers in many other capacities with grange events to support the restoration of the century old Willamette Grange building.
Angelica enjoys reading, gardening, birding, walks in the many parks in the lovely Willamette Valley, swimming and bicycling. Meditation keeps Angelica balanced. She is a member of the First Alternative Co-Op and a life-time member of the Sierra Club.
