I am originally from Bakersfield, California.
I moved to Oregon in 1992, and fell in love with the beauty of Oregon.
My husband passed away in 2004. Soon after that my kids were grown and on their own.
In January of 2007 I completed the Real Estate program at "The American College of Real Estate" in Portland, Oregon, received my Real Estate License and moved to Coos Bay, Oregon to be near my aging parents. They had just left California, and moved to Coos Bay, Oregon 6 months earlier.
At the end of January 2007 I started my Real Estate career at a large franchised real estate company employing more than 31 agents, and was The Number 1 Listing Agent, The Number 1 Sales Agent, and The Number 1 Top Producing Agent for 8 years.
On February 22, 2016 I opened my own Real Estate Company and named it "Shana Jo's RED DOOR REALTY, LLC". By the end of 2016 I helped more clients BUY and SELL more properties than any year in my Real Estate career. 2017, 2018 and 2019 produced even better years, more success, and more clients and friends gained.
I believe my success is due to simply loving my job, being loyal to my clients, and working as hard as I can in their behalf.
I plan on having many more successful years to come at Shana Jo's RED DOOR REALTY.
Thank you to all my clients, friends, and business associates for an incredible year.
I look forward to an amazing 2020!
