Monika moved to Southern Oregon in 1993, spending most of her time teaching snowboarding at Mt. Ashland and hiking. After receiving 2 Science Degrees, 1 Art Degree and 6 Certifications with honors and shortly before getting her real estate license, Monika had just experienced her then 3rd bad transaction with a real estate agent. These experiences left her wondering if the job of REALTOR could be done with integrity, organized detail and honesty. Dedicated to making this happen, Monika makes it a priority to treat each transaction as if it were her own because buying or selling a home or business can be the biggest and most important decision and sale or purchase in ones life!
In her free time, Monika can be found designing, developing, doing handstands, riding her mountain bike, snowboarding, hiking, gardening, sewing, volunteering, cooking or looking for a new adventure.
Past employment includes Production Engineer, Osha Compliant Manager, Field Engineer & Snowboard Technician. Monika also owns Technical Photonic Solutions LLC, an Oregon company that offers optical, imaging, and photonic supplies, parts and design for use in electronic, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biomedical applications.
