I am an Oregon native with over 25 years of experience in Southern Oregon, and over 13 years of experience with Real Estate Sales. Being a "local" and Native Oregonian I am confident that there is no better to place to call home. From Financial Management to General Management, Conservation to Tax Preparation to Federal Debt Collection; I have a diverse work history. I fell into Real Estate as an elective course while attending college in the Portland area. It was my natural calling, I enjoy people, architecture, geography, land-use, design, contract law, written and verbal negotiations, and problem solving. It's so rewarding finding the "win-win" solution or discovering that "just right" property for a buyer or uncovering the mystery of a subject not thoroughly understood. I have always been a very dedicated independent putting work ethic and integrity at the forefront of my tenaciousness. I enjoy Real Estate with a passion and I am very grateful to be working at Kendon Leet Real Estate, an independent office with a fantastic group of like-minded dedicated professionals.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, camping, fishing, rafting, climbing trees, exploring wilderness and "off-roads" and taking day trips with my husband and our two dogs. I love my home, garden and friends. I enjoy a nice glass of wine and a sunny afternoon. I am a dreamer and a doer. I have a huge faith in God and humanity and try to think positive and remain thankful for all the blessings we have in life. I truly enjoy living and do not take it for granted. I feel very fulfilled in life, although in the past I have endured some substantial struggles, perhaps this makes me easy enough to relate to - as I am very "real" and very "relational". I am a woman of my word, I say only what I mean and use my words in the direction of truth and love, I will try not to take anything personally as others do not do what they do because of me, I will not make assumptions, I will find the courage to ask the tough questions and communicate as clearly as I can to avoid misunderstandings and I will always do my best.
