Alan & Linda Frazier of John L. Scott Real Estate, Medford, would like to introduce ourselves to you. Our real estate careers began with John L. Scott Real Estate in Washington State in the early 1990s into early 2000 at the Redmond Washington Corporate Office, and we have been working together as a real estate team ever since. We are now in our 15th year in Southern Oregon. Nobody in the Rogue Valley has been with John Scott Real Estate longer that us!
Our years of experience have covered many facets of buying and selling residential and commercial real estate. These areas of expertise include single family to multifamily residences, luxury homes, town homes, condominiums, vacant land for new residential construction, business offices, quick serve franchise locations, non-profit locations, farm/ranch properties, waterfront properties, foster care homes, locating 1031 exchange properties, and commercial leases. In the recent past, the real estate environment also dictated having knowledge of and experience with bank owned properties and negotiating short sales, which are still a part of our business activity. The good news is that our local real estate market bottomed at the end of 2011 in residential housing. The current situation is a shortage of homes for active buyers with increased activity in home sales, even in higher priced homes. Now that foreclosures and shortsales are no longer a dominant part of the market, and we still have fantastically low interest rates, this is the best market to sell your home in since the peak in 2006!
