Hey there! I'm Tim Claffey with Whole Heart Realty. I've lived in Southern Oregon for most of my life and love it here! The abundance of outdoor activities make this area perfect for myself, my wife, and our daughters. We love surfing, snowboarding, river rafting, rock climbing, hiking, camping, mountain biking, and pretty much anything else that gets us outside!

I am very familiar with local neighborhoods and have spent a significant amount of time exploring Southern Oregon over the years. So whether you're moving into the area, have been here for decades, or are just looking at your options, I'd love to help!

I'm also a local Homes for Heroes real estate specialist. This organization is near and dear to my heart and honors current and past heroes such as firefighters/EMS, law enforcement, military, healthcare professionals, and teachers. Homes for Heroes gives me an incredible platform to serve and honor these heroes who give so much to our community! When heroes buy or sell a house, a portion of the earnings are donated to the Homes for Heroes Foundation, a nonprofit that awards grants to charities who serve our heroes in need.
