I take pride in helping people purchase and sell their homes. At its best, home is a place where we can be ourselves, spend time with our loved ones, and have a sense of security. Given that the sale or purchase of a home is often one of the most significant financial decisions in a persons life, it is critical to have a trusted guide to navigate this process. As your real estate agent, I will be an educator, an advocate, and a member of your support system.

My personal fascination with homes is rooted in all of their little nuances and also in their history. I feel inspired walking onto a property and imagining the potential that it holds for future inhabitants while also envisioning how it served the people who lived there before. During showings, you'll see my face light up at the sight of a quirky house detail and I'll definitely fan-girl about any old house charm, but I'm also able to see beyond cute staging and updated finishes. My experience in this industry, my detail oriented nature, and the lessons I have learned myself as a homeowner, position me perfectly to quickly identify red or yellow flags about a home. I like my clients to go into the home purchase process with their eyes wide open. As a skilled and active listener, I assist my clients in gathering and synthesizing information about their goals so that I can most effectively guide them, negotiate on their behalf, and help them obtain the outcome that is best for them.

Even long after the transaction, I am here to support you in your endeavors related to homeownership! I enjoy being a trusted resource to consult on any house related projects, questions, or problems. New plants for the yard? Testing out paint colors? Rearranging furniture? Advice about what updates are/aren't worth doing? Need someone to clean your gutters or get the squirrels out of your attic? Did your furnace stop working in the middle of winter? I'm always just a text or call away!

In my free time, you will find me starting a new house project of my own, attempting to identify plants or birds, stopping into an antique store/coffee shop/bar while on a long walk, or reading newspapers from the early 1900's and geeking out about old house stuff. In my life before real estate, I got my Master's in Social Work and spent a lot of time learning about archiving family memories. I live in the Buckman neighborhood in SE Portland and I love it!
