Patsie Volk characterizes reliability, energy, hard work and unique service in all your real estate transactions. Patsie is a native southern Oregonian and began her sales career in the food and wine industry. She continued to own a fine dinning establishment and wine shop. She decided to leave the restaurant industry behind and focus on her young family. Now that her girls are grown, she is back to work.
Patsie is devoted to her three daughters and husband, together they have raised their girls with a love for the arts and outdoor adventures. You can find Patsie in the back country with her dog Elvis during the winter and fly fishing our local streams in the summer. Trekking our local mountains is a passion as well.
Patsie is passionate about the goals of her clients, be it the first-time home buyer or the downsizing couple, she wants to know the dreams of her clients. She has made a high-level commitment to her estate education, meeting with the most experienced professionals in the business at every opportunity.

Using my experience as a business owner and lifelong resident of southern Oregon, I am known for excellent customer service. I am committed to my clients and strive for a long-term relationship not just the transaction. It is my obligation to represent my clients to the best of my ability, to communicate with each step of the process and provide the best information and market insight to help them with their decision. If I dont know the answer, I will find it. I am fortunate to work with a team that is always available to me.
Giving Back
Giving back is one of the perks of my job! I have raised money for numerous charities over the years. I have volunteered in local youth shelters for troubled teens and volunteered for the Mt. Ashland Ski Patrol for 17 years. Elvis (my dog) and I are working our way to a service dog designation so that we can volunteer in our hospitals and school.
