Corvallis, Oregon is home to the largest rare book library in the Pacific Northwest. The Special Collections and Archives Research Center at Oregon State University holds over 250,000 printed volumes, including many rare and valuable books such as a Shakespeare second folio from 1632 and a first edition of Isaac Newton's "Principia Mathematica."
