My name is Aaron Daniel. I really enjoy being a Realtor and helping families turn houses into homes! I currently hold a board position as Treasurer on both the Douglas County Association of Realtors and the DCMDC. When I take clients house hunting, I will check the electrical panel, under sinks for leaks, walls, paint, materials and more. I might even go as far as the crawlspace and/or attic space. I've always been handy around the house with repairs and renovations, and have a true understanding of quality versus not. An advantage I have over others is having over 5 years of real estate office management experience. That time gave me hands-on experience I can use when at the table with you!
