Tiffany has many years of experience working with real estate. She has experience from developing rural property, new construction, rehabbing & flipping homes, short term rentals including owning/operating a B&B, as well has historic preservation and restoration of historically sensitive properties. Historic preservation being one of her biggest passions she has received awards from local landmarks and historic preservation commissions. Tiffany also worked for many years as a personal assistant to a land surveyor where she worked with commercial & residential developers, and various city, county and state planning departments dealing with many land use issues. She decided to make a big change and come to Portland to be closer to her son and to try a whole new career in real estate. having spent the last 30 some odd years as a small business owner of several small businesses. Community involvement is also important to tiffany she has worked as a CASA working with families and advocating for children.
