Knowing this truth, I have deep roots in real estate. My father was a successful commercial real estate broker decades. I personally have years of hands-on experience as a real estate developer buying homes and properties, rebuilding and selling. Additionally, I feel a sense of community involvement when I drive by a house that I bought and completely rebuilt, lifting up the neighborhood appeal and prosperity by taking the worst house on the block and making it a shining star.
Personally I am a father of two, coach of my son's school football team and dedicated to my daughters ballet and volleyball. In college, my focus of study was Economics and Business. My current goal in Real Estate is to turn home Renters into home Owners! Most qualified renters can become home buyers. I am here to inspire that life changing transformation. After all, who wouldn't want to plant their own deep roots and make a house their home.
In terms of my business style, I strongly believe in the wise old motto that "Communication Is King."
