My interest in real estate started at an early age. I've owned property in Ohio and Hawaii and have built houses in Eugene and on the Oregon Coast as well a 20,000 square foot factory building. I've bought, sold and developed land over the years and have gained much valuable real estate knowledge and experience in the process.
I arrived in Oregon in 1980 from Maui, Hawaii. I was just passing through, looking for a place to call home. I stopped for gas, and I've been here ever since. I attended the University of Oregon and earned a business degree with an emphasis on marketing and logistics. I then used the knowledge that I gained to start a very successful international business with over 100 employees and distributors in every state and 9 foreign countries bringing more than $25 million dollars into the Oregon economy.
I love real estate, and I love sharing my knowledge of real estate to help others enjoy the experience of being homeowners and real estate investors.
