Samantha Alley has been selling real estate in the Corvallis, Albany and Philomath areas since 1994, prior to that she worked as an assistant for several agents in an independent office in Philomath. Since 1994 Samantha has helped over a 1000 families achieve their real estate goals and dreams. Samantha has built a team of professionals that assist her in making each client's real estate purchase or sale smooth from start to closed. As the principal broker for The Home Team, Samantha spends one on one time with each client to determine exactly what they need in their purchase, sale or investment. Her support staff is divided into two different sides with each team member responsible for certain support activities. The marketing specialist handles all of the marketing on each home after Samantha determines a suitable marketing plan that will get the home sold in a way that meets the seller's needs. Prior to signing a listing contract Samantha goes through the entire marketing plan, advises on various issues that may affect a seller's decision to sell, remodel, rent the home or just stay in place. Samantha's goal for sellers is that they can make a solid decision that is right for their family. This may mean that they do not sell the house at that time. Because this is a full time career that Samantha plans to pursue for many years, she understands that time given freely up front in the form of good advice, that is centered on the relationship with the client rather than the transaction, often creates a life long rapport of trust and referrals, allowing her to build her business one relationship at a time through caring and knowledge. The client care specialist handles research, Samantha's scheduling and keeps a constant watch on the market for properties that are right for her clients, that are interested in purchasing. Samantha's buyers are able to call the client care specialist and set up showings, ask general questions and start research on a property even when Samantha is out of the office with another client, allowing them quicker access to information, appointments and a person to speak with rather than just leaving a message for a return call later in the day. Once a client has a signed contract for their property the transaction coordinator, starts processing all of the paperwork, allowing Samantha to concentrate on the client and their needs rather than the paper shuffling. Each year more and more paper is added to each transaction and the transaction get more complicated. The transaction coordinator makes certain that all of the time frames are adhered to and that the paperwork is sent to all of the right people in a timely manner. This person also coordinates with escrow and the lender making certain that everyone is informed of the client's wishes.Each month Samantha sends out an item of value to her clients and once a quarter she hosts a gratitude gathering where she shows her appreciation for her clients, vendors and extended referral team. It is always so much more fun to deepen relationships through a party, so 4 times a year she hosts one. 70% - 85% of Samantha's business comes by referral. By pouring her time, energy and resources into the clients both past and present, rather than self promotion, she has found that the clients take care of her with referrals of their friends, family and business associates. This makes it so that her clients get better service, more personal attention and Samantha has a thriving, growing business that provides for her family and employees.
