A US Army veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne Division for six years with several overseas assignments, Nic also spent 12 years with a local Police Department, earning several accommodations for life saving actions in the line of duty before choosing to pursue a new service-oriented career, this time in real estate. Before pivoting to practicing as an independent agent in the fall of 2021, Nic trained with one of Portland's elite real estate sales teams, participating in the groups annual sales of over 100 million. Personally, Nic sells an average of 30-40 homes per year and has achieved more than 111 million in sales volume since obtaining his brokers license in 2015.
