Heidi is the managing principal broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Prior to relocating to Lake Oswego, Heidi managed the Salem office, Stayton and Silverton offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals.

Heidi was raised in the Northwest. Heidi has served the community in the Willamette Valley with their real estate needs since 2013. Heidi served on the Mid-Valley Association of REALTORS Board of Directors for eight years and as a director for Oregon REALTORS for five years. In addition, she served on the Planning Commission for the City of Stayton for seven years.

Heidi was awarded the REALTOR of the Year award for 2019 from the Mid-Valley Association of REALTORS.

Heidi is married to Shawn Hazel, a Lutheran pastor serving at Pilgrim Lutheran Church and School in Beaverton, as well as a Navy Reserve Chaplain.
