Worked for many years to develop a strong client base and to learn my profession from the ground up. As I owned vacation homes, I developed a niche in the second home market. As clients asked for property management for the properties they purchased over the years, I added that service when I was able to do so by owning my own company. When asked by large corporations, I learned the relocation side of the business and became a national award winner for relocation and we are growing that part of the business now. Formed Chris Balmes properties with daughter and business partner, Lisa Balmes.
