Julia grew up in Mendocino, California. As a child of an art dealer, she moved every few years to pursue new gallery locations and was fortunate to live in many beautiful places from Mendocino, Laguna Beach, Palm Desert, Malibu and Hawaii. She learned how to adapt to new surroundings and developed a strong compassion for others. Knowing what its like to relocate to new places, Julia understands the importance of helping her clients navigate the entire process of finding the right home in a new community.

Julia received her degree from the University of San Diego. Her previous work history includes working in a senior living community where she assisted individuals who were faced with new challenges, and was able to provide an alternative when staying in their home was no longer an option. She quickly learned that helping people was one of her true core values.

She took her ability to help people to the business world when she later moved to back to Hawaii where she flourished in the real estate community for the next 11+ years, working her way to a Senior Account Manager with First American Title and later as the Sales Manager for Old Republic Title and Escrow Hawaii.

Julia and her family later made the decision to move to Bend, Oregon where they enjoy the beauty Central Oregon has to offer. Realizing her passion for Real Estate, Julia has devoted her career to helping others, whether its through the dream of home ownership with first-time home buyers, or facing lifes changes and new opportunities, or challenges when someone needs to sell. She also has a keen eye for investment opportunities.
