Licensed in Oregon as well as California, Anne has been a Realtor in Malibu, CA since 1988 and a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon since 2007. She understands that Coastal Communities have an eclectic housing market. Just as the clients that Anne works with have their own wants and needs, each property needs to be considered for its own merits.
Anne is an avid equestrienne and enjoys spending time with her Andalusian horses. Riding the trails in Malibu and the beaches on the Central Coast of Oregon are top priorities!
It is an easy transition from Malibu to Oregons Central Coast. White sandy beaches to walk and play on, a multitude of hiking trails, rivers and streams to kayak on, designated equestrian trails and beach access. Ofcourse, like Malibu, there are plenty of wonderful places to dine!
The Central Oregon Coast is a unique mix of beaches and mountains; close in proximity to large cities like Portland and Eugene, yet so removed from the Big City in spirit.
Anne understands that your quality of life is probably most influenced by the home in which you live. Finding the perfect match in a property for her clients has been a continuing passion.
