I have had the good fortune of living in Portland for 37 years, having left only for my undergraduate and law degrees at Willamette University. For the past 20 years I have lived in Portland's West Hills. I have two sons, Mitchell (13) and Rowan (11) - one gymnast headed to the Olympics and one soccer player headed to the World Cup. No shortage on self-confidence.
I have such pride in this city the food, the music, the genuinely caring nature of its citizens and, of course, all that keeps Portland weird. Helping people establish roots in the city Ive called home for so long is an incredibly rewarding experience.
