Rainier is a small city located in Columbia County, Oregon. It is situated near the Columbia River and boasts beautiful views of Mount Rainier. There are many positive aspects to daily life around Rainier.
First, the people in the city are friendly and welcoming. The locals often go out of their way to make visitors feel welcome and at home. Additionally, there is plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in the area including hiking, biking, and fishing.
Unfortunately, one of the drawbacks to living near Rainier is that it can be quite isolated. The nearest major city is almost two hours away and there are limited public transportation options. Additionally, the cost of living in the area can be high due to its rural location.
