My goal is to provide excellent client service for finding that perfect property to marketing that home, cabin or condo for full market exposure to a sale. Here a little background on how I discovered Mt. Hood. I first moved to Mt. Hood to work at the ski areas and for the Mt. Hood National Forest after college at Lewis and Clark. Eventually I migrated my interest into real estate marketing and sales which I have been at since 1984. I started a family and raised two kids in Welches bringing me a lot of local contacts and knowledge about the area. So many people come to our area for the incredible beauty and recreational opportunities which are also a shared passion of mine. Many of the buyers and sellers I know appreciate the uniqueness of the area and its proximity to Portland for a quick getaway or commute. I have been helping buyers and sellers for 31 years. Extensive area and market knowledge is something buyers and sellers need to know in order to find the best property and to get a property sold.
