Suzanne has lived most of her life in Oregon including Sunriver, Bend, Eugene, and soon, Sisters. She is extremely dedicated and attentive to her clients and will not rest until they are satisfied with their buying and selling experience. Suzannes experience includes background in both commercial and residential real estate. As the Corporate Environmental and Property Manager for the Northwests largest heavy equipment company as well as an Oregon Public Utility, she spent 20+ years leading due diligence activities for hundreds of residential, commercial, and heavy industrial properties throughout Oregon and the Northwest. She has also led space planning projects for complex businesses incorporating office space, shop/mechanical facilities, and utility operations spaces. She understands the risks associated with real property transactions and provides calm, spot-on advice through the most complex and difficult of sales and purchases.
She is an active outdoors person and spends her spare time hiking, cycling, and playing bluegrass music with her talented husband.
