Jody lived and worked in Houston, Texas for over 25 years and has a strong background in Executive Administrative Assistance and Contract Management. She was fortunate to have the opportunity to live and travel around the US for a few years after leaving Houston before settling on the Oregon coast.
During her lifetime, and especially in the years she spent traveling, she has always been interested in the real estate market. What lists and sells, where and for how much are very interesting factors to her. She loved looking at the various real estate markets around the US and considered several different locations before settling here on the beautiful Central Oregon Coast.
Jody came to work as an unlicensed assistant for Pam Mugleston, Principal Broker and Owner of Emerald Coast Realty mid 2016. Fall 2017 she completed the Oregon Real Estate Brokers training course and obtained her real estate license.
Jody enjoys reading, quilting, spending time with her rescue dog Blue, and playing an occasional round of golf as well as volunteering in the Waldport community.
