Susie has been selling Real Estate full time for 20 years in Klamath Falls!
She returned to her roots back in 1992 to raise two daughters and to be closer to family. Just like so many Klamath natives she was called back to the small town community and the beautiful mountains. Its been a great place to raise a family and call home.
Prior to that she lived and renovated homes in the S.F. Bay Area. Her background in real estate and construction goes back a few generations, with Dad a builder, and Mom a retired real estate broker.
As a student, she has attended San Francisco State University, OIT and earned a commercial pilots license along the way. She loves traveling with friends and family to unusual spots about the globe like Peru, up the Yangtze in China and to the Tibetan borders. Funny thing is Klamath has so much beauty & diversity it hard to justify leaving! She will have some ideas for you of fun things to do and see, just ask!
As a firm believer that your community and neighborhood are as good as what you put into it; she loves to volunteer to help a cause now and then. Her favorite cause these past few years was the new Klamath Animal Shelter and one of the funniest events of the year, The Furball. There is always help needed somewhere! Her motto has been A Home for everyone furry or not!!
Susie loves finding that first time home, building new ones with long time builder Tom Soy land or finding the dream property. No one knows the Hot springs and Roosevelt area betterand there has never been a better time to buy!
