Jordana Ende Tobel grew up in Northern New Jersey and spent her early career in New York City. After being exhausted by the grind, she took her talents to Southern Florida where she got bitten by the real estate bug. Jordana Tobel became licensed in 2005 and quickly rose to leadership roles. As the Vice President of Sales for Red Crown Realty, Jordana was responsible for operations in the entire state. Jordana Tobel oversaw 5 branches across the state of Florida including Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, Melbourne and Fort Lauderdale. After Red Crown closed its brokerage division, Jordana Tobel and her team transitioned to what is today Carrington Real Estate.
With an average of 300 listings, Jordana oversaw over 60 agents and an average of 100 transactions closed per month. Jordana's branch was the top producing branch in the country. Jordana Tobel was inspired by her team of successful agents and strives every day to help them sell more real estate than ever before. According to the latest report released by Florida Realtors, Florida's housing market is on the rise. We saw a 4.2% year-to-year and prices were up almost 4%. The biggest standout statistic for me is that short sales dropped year-to-year by 49.1%. This is a huge decrease. People's values are increasing and they are no longer under water. Just two years ago, people were saying that it was the "time of the short sale." That seemed to be everyone's opinion -- short sales were going to make up the majority of the market. Turns out they were wrong. As values came back, people were no longer willing to walk away from their homes. In short, the Florida economy and housing market is seeing more stability. With a consistent rise in values, home ownership is also on the rise yet interest rates remain low. Home ownership has and always will remain a key part of every American's financial stability.
Now Jordana Tobel is the owner and operator of Premier Listings, a firm located in Boca Raton, Florida. In a matter of months she has grown the firm to have over 15 agents and 50 listings. Premier Listings specializes in all residential real estate.
