Marian has been involved in the real estate business with Coldwell Banker Real Estate following her graduation from Duquesne University Summa Cum Laude in December 2007. For her first 8 years she was a dedicated Operations Manager in the corporate offices where among other things she handled and managed multiple priorities, including complex corporate projects and the strategic goals and mission of Coldwell Banker in Western Pennsylvania. She is and has been licensed in Pennsylvania to practice real estate and in 2016 she decided to enhance her career and become active as a real estate agent on her own behalf, and also as an associate with other agents - in particular Bonnie Loya - in ensuring operational performance and using her skill and experience in the processing, completion and closings of both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
