After nearly a decade of assisting clients in the purchase and sale of homes in Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, Delaware, Berks and Philadelphia Counties, my experience spans the entire spectrum of real estate transactions and issues, including new construction and distressed property sales; strategic marketing and price-setting, and negotiation. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert who has handled foreclosures and short sales with compassion and sensitivity. I am a former Listing & Marketing Specialist for a high-volume real estate company, for whom I created customized marketing plans and mass-market presentation strategies. At the outset of my career, I represented a top-ranked national homebuilder in the marketing of new home communities and, as a new construction expert, assisted over 100 clients with buying, building and closing on their new homes. I earned dual degrees from Pennsylvania State University in Public Relations and Sociology. In my free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and volunteering for the local food pantry.
