As a little kid, I didnt have dreams of becoming an astronaut, pro-athlete or a pop star. Instead I looked out the car window and marveled at the architecture of the homes in my community. I went to school at Perry Elementary, Roosevelt Middle School, Strong Vincent, then continuing on to Edinboro University, every step of the way getting caught daydreaming about houses and doodling floor plans in my notebooks. All the while, I was unaware what I was supposed to do with my passion or how a lifestyle in this industry was attainable.

I didnt come from a family of Realtors, I wasnt handed a book of referrals and I had never seen the home buying process up close because my family had never moved. In my late teens and early twenties I worked a number of different jobs to pay my rent while living with roommates and obtaining my degree in physical education. Things started to change for me at the young age of 22 with a risky personal loan, I pursued my passion and became a licensed Realtor. Even then, I didnt believe I could live my dream without also maintaining another full-time job. It wasnt until a year later when I lost my job in Social Services that I became determined to make Real Estate my lifestyle and gave everything I had to my passion. My only regret is not fully committing sooner.

It is also worth acknowledging how grateful I am to have been a part of the Marsha Marsh RES family. I wouldnt have had the ability to be where I am today without the guidance of Marsha, herself, and the support of every member of that team. After 5 wonderful years Ive decided to partner with REMAX to grow the Sold By Max brand. This will help me to stay better connected with clients and continually strive for excellence.

My experience in Real Estate so far has been absolutely life-changing. Ive been able to help hundreds of people and families find and purchase their own home. I specialize in first time home buyers, sellers, and working with clients who are buying and selling homes simultaneously. I have had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people and helping them make their dreams of owning a home a reality and that has been a beautiful and fulfilling aspect of my work. In 2017 I founded the Erie First Time Home Buyers Club which met right in the heart of downtown Erie at the Plymouth Tavern and connected first time buyers with the resources they needed to make it all happen. As an added bonus, in 2018 I was able to move into my first home as well!

If you would have told me a few years ago that by 27 I would be a top producer in Erie County, a multi-million dollar producer, and an Eries Choice top 5 Realtor for numerous years, I would have never believed you. But here I am, full of gratitude, working hard every day to be even better. Reading reviews of past clients that say I went above and beyond to make their home-buying experience easier and more pleasant inspires me to work hard for future clients and continually evolve and strive to be the best I can be. I am proud to be involved with and have the ability to give back to the community where I was born and raised, the community where I now have my own home and the community that I dearly love. I look forward to growing in my strengths and weaknesses and selling more of the houses I still daydream about as I look out the car window.
