I started in the appraisal business 12 years ago and have performed over 5,000 appraisals in the local market since. My father Bob Gaul who was both an appraiser and realtor for 25 years was my mentor in both appraising and real estate. Being born into the business, a passion for the industry was instilled in me at a young age. Being an appraiser gives my clients an advantage when it comes to price points and negotiating in the marketplace.
