Linda Danese's philosophy on selling real estate has always been simple: This is a very serious business to be treated that way, as in most cases a home or a business may be the single most important asset in a buyer or seller's financial portfolio. Guiding buyers and sellers to a successful conclusion takes time, a working knowledge and attention to detail. Danese is the Broker for Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty. However, she is in a unique position because she is a Broker but not an owner. That is extremely important to her because what she enjoys most is listing and selling properties, being active in the market and interacting with buyers and sellers! That is what she does everyday. As a result, she is pleased to have been the top producer in her office for the past 15 years, and many of her clients are repeat clients who have continued to work with her over the years. She has been a full time active Realtor since 1983, and she presently holds an active Broker's License in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as Kurfiss SIR is positioned on the Delaware River corridor between the two states. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware and then completed an internship at the University of Michigan. After starting a family and considering a career change, she became interested in real estate. It goes without saying she soon discovered her career path for life! "Attention to detail, professionalism, and my working knowledge of the ins and outs of the increasingly more complicated real estate field has come from years of experience and simply learning by doing," says Danese. "I can honestly say I truly love my job!"
