I obtained my license in 2005 working as an agent to assist a family business in residential rentals, residential development and new construction. My work led me to meet others in real estate, and I began to assist others with the sale and/or purchase of a home. The down turn in the economy led to the idea for a discount real estate brokerage which became a reality when I opened Flat Fee Realty in July of 2018. While I continue to work with residential rental property of my own and in the family business, Flat Fee Realty has become a full-time job averaging 25 transactions a year.
