She obtained her Associate Broker's license in 2014 and has been consistently in the top 5% of listings & sales in the Pike Wayne MLS year after year. She is one of the top Commercial Brokers in the area and has successfully assisted in numerous multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions.
She prides herself on the fact that she was born and raised in Northeast PA, giving her great knowledge of the area, the communities and all that this great area has to offer. She is a proud mom, outdoors lover & business owner.
Nicole is a Director of the Pike Wayne Board of Realtors where she sits on 3 committees, a member of the Honesdale Area Jaycees, a member of the Northeastern Economic Development Company & is a member of the Wayne County Republican Committee. She serves as the Auditor to Damascus Township, Wayne County. She is a past Director of the Pike County Economic Development Authority & the Pike County Chamber of Commerce. She is also a board member for the Planning Commission for Damascus Township. She attended Penn State University and has worked for Wayne Bank and Smith Barney giving her a strong financial background. She is an excellent multi-tasker, a hard worker and a great people person.
Nicole loves hiking, kayaking, reading, spending time with family & friends, wine, animals, & horseback riding. She enjoys gardening (flowers only as she is not a vegetable lover!) and you can most likely find her outside if the weather is warm & she's not working.
