About Doug

Over the years, working at CMPASS, Coldwell Banker, ReMax and University Real Estate, Ive developed a broad network and deep understanding of the business. Every day, I enjoy applying that knowledge and experience for the benefit of my clients. Formerly an advertising executive with Forbeswww, Ziff-Davis publishing, and Arnold Worldwide advertising, I have an extensive background in sales and marketingskills I regularly utilize on behalf of all my real estate dealings.

As a member of the Ridick Revis Group at CMPASS, my own customer service and market expertise are backed by some of Boston Areas leading real estate professionals. The team has top-tier ranking in Concord and surrounding towns because we collaborate effectively on behalf of our clients.

My affinity for the real estate business may be attributed to both of my parents being long-time successful agents in Manhattan, NY. Their experiences in that fast-paced market taught me a lot about the nuances of negotiation, client representation, and the various skills necessary to navigate these profoundly personal transactions.

When not assisting clients, I get outdoors whenever possible for cycling, running, skiing and playing ice hockey. Thats in between spending time with my wife, two children and dog. A long-time rock & roll drummer, I keep the dream alive playing in a local cover band. Born and raised on Long Island, I have lived in New York City and San Francisco before coming to the Boston area 20 years ago, where I now reside in the rural town of Lincoln.

A former advertising executive with Forbeswww, Ziff-Davis, and Arnold Worldwide, Doug has an extensive background in sales and marketing. He has been successfully listing and selling homes in the Metrowest region of Massachusetts for the past 17 years.

When not assisting clients, Doug enjoys staying fit in the outdoors, cycling, running, and playing ice hockey. Winter months typically involve ski trips with his wife and kids. He gives back to his local community by volunteering in town, serving on Lincolns BPAC (Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee). A life long rock drummer, Doug keeps the dream alive, playing music in a local cover band.

Born and raised on Long Island, Doug is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. Aside from stints living in New York City and San Francisco, he has lived in the Greater Boston region for about 20 years. Since 2008 he has resided in the small town of Lincoln, MA with his wife, two kids, and dog.
