Erica Rawls is the owner and team leader of The Rawls Group Inc., and is a licensed Associate Broker at Keller Williams of Central Pa, a real estate company located in Enola, PA. Specializing in residential sales in the Central PA market.
Erica was born in the state of Pennsylvania and raised for the first part of her life in West Lawn, PA before moving with her family to Harrisburg, PA immediately after graduating from Wilson High School. In Harrisburg, she would walk the city streets longingly at dilapidated houses with dreams of fixing them up. She finally realized that dream 5 years later and the founding of Erica Rawls Companies.Her real estate agent at that time noticed the qualities in Erica that have made her such a success ever since. He encouraged her to pursue her real estate license,7 years later The Rawls Group Inc. was formed, and the rest of her real estate career continues to unfold every day. Her love for the business, and her passion to consult and advise her clients through the home buying and selling process evolves through the Rawls Groups mission: to provide the highest level of client experience throughout an entire transaction, cultivating repeat clients and raving fans.
Prior to her career in real estate,Erica attended Virginia Tech were she received a scholarship to play basketball. After transferring to Penn State she majored in Accounting where she obtained her BS in Professional Accountancy. Immediately after graduating she was employed by, and at the time one of the Big Five accounting firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers where she concentrated in tax accounting. It was there she developed training and professional skills essential to successful business development. She also was employed with Ahold, a retail and parent company of such grocery chains as Giant Foods, Stop & Shop, Tops, and Peapod. Ahold allowed her the opportunity to gain international experience. As an internal auditor she frequently visited headquarters (Utrecht, Switzerland) to complete audits.
Erica's admiration of property began at an early age. While her dreams of working in real estate took a short detour to the accounting and retail industries; her road has always pointed here, to The Rawls Group.
Other positive influences in her life include; her husband Jesse Rawls, Jr, Principal of the Central Dauphin East High School, their two boys, and twin girls. She is a member of the Harrisburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. These experiences, and more, lend themselves to the composite
person Erica has become, and to the client-focused, team approach she has fostered at The Rawls Group.
Erica specializes in residential sales, connecting sellers with buyers, luxury, new construction, residential resale and first-time homebuyers transactions.
