John Walton has over 25 years of Real Estate Experience and has personally accomplished over 700 successful real estate transactions. John holds the highly esteemed CRS license status. The CRS degree is the equivalent of a Masters Degree in Real Estate and less than 2% of licensed realtors hold this designation. Following an honorable discharge from the U.S. Marine Corps, John earned top producer status in the early part of his career working in the Delaware County, PA and Philadelphia Main Line areas. He has been a full-time, Ocean City resident for over 15 years. John is an active participant and co-founder of the Ocean City Fine Arts League. As a tribute to his community spirit and enthusiasm for Ocean Citys Island Lifestyle, the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce has appointed John as the official ambassador for the Opening of the Beaches ceremony where he leads local business people, dressed in full business attire, into the ocean. John continues to maintain the relationships that he established in the Phila-Metro, area. He receives dozens of buyer and seller leads and referrals, weekly from these contacts.
