Katelyn Dominelli

Born and raised in Ellwood City, my family continues to reside and invest in real estate in the Lawrence County area. In addition to being a Realtor, my husband and I own and operate D4 Investment Properties, LLC. I have a passion for renovating distressed homes and use this knowledge to help my sellers and buyers look past cosmetics to see a home's potential and/or problems. My education outside of real estate includes a Master of Science in Psychology and I have worked many years in both clinical and management settings. I may be a "newer" agent, but I am not new to Real Estate due to my investing background. I hit the ground running, and in my first full year of real estate (2018), I reached multi-million dollar producer status and earned the LCBR "Rookie of the Year" award.
