Adolphus is a native of Blackstone, Va. Adolphus relocated to the Washington, D.C. area in 1971 after college.He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Benjamin Franklin Universityin the District. He retired from the federal government after thirty five years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing and Internal Review.
Adolphus was licensed in the State of Maryland in 1984 and District of Columbia in 1984. He started his real estate career with Dear Realty, Inc., and later moved over to Long & Foster Real Estate. And later Century 21 Trademark. LLC in Greenbelt, MD.
Adolphus and his wife Judy opened the opens to Adolphus Hawkes Realtors, LLC in October, 2010. A dream come true for Adolphus of owning his own business one day.....
Adolphus is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR); the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR); Prince Georges County Association of Realtors (PGCAR), and the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR).
Adolphus received his broker's designation in 2005 from the National Association of Realtors' (NAR) Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI); and e-PRO - Internet Marketing designation in 2006.
