Michelle Ashley

Michelles passionate about all facets of residential real estate and her love of design. She holds a BA in Interior Design which she has successfully integrated into her 13 year career as a Philadelphia Realtor. She brings a designer's expertise to each transaction, offering a unique opportunity to her clients; whether its advising her buyers on selecting the right property or working with her sellers to creatively market and stage their property for a successful sale.

As a real estate investor, she has designed and developed her own residential projects which has led to collaborating with other local builders and investors who employ her talents in finding investment opportunities, negotiating their purchase, executing space planning strategies and providing finish specifications on a variety of residential projects; from single family townhomes to large scale multifamily housing. Certified as an EcoBroker and NARs (National Association of Realtors) GREEN designation, she recognizes the value in green building and sustainable business practices for a healthy and more efficient home.

As a resident in the Graduate Hospital area, shes immersed herself within the neighborhood and its community organizations, including SOSNAs Zoning Committee and a supporter of Carpenter Green, a passive green space soon to be transformed at 17th & Carpenter Street. Her personal time is spent as an animal advocate; volunteering and supporting local & national rescue groups and shelters. Michelle has rescued and found permanent homes for local strays, a few which have become house warming gifts!
