Linda Heininger joined Howard Hanna Realty by way of California, Aspen, and Dallas where she honed her skills as a high-level Residential/Commercial Tenant Representation Broker for major Fortune 500 companies. Her diversified client portfolio included finding space for retail pharmaceutical locations (CVS), Cloud-based storage companies, and the Xerox Center where she was responsible for leasing more than a million square feet of prime office space in Dallas, Texas.
Once in Pittsburgh, she instantly connected to the business community, learning the landscape and bringing her skills to the dynamic development scene in Greater Pittsburgh where she quickly became known for her commercial expertise.
Multi-talented and firmly grounded, her role at HOward Hanna Realty includes working as a full service Realtor Tenant Representative Real Estate where she will handle both selling and leasing space. Her client portfolio includes developers, new construction real estate and local home developers procuring both land and financing for future projects.
