Growing up in a military family, Wendy traveled the world since the time she was 6 years old. She has had her own experiences with renting, buying, and selling homes and is happy to help guide you in a successful experience. Wendy is a genuinely friendly individual who thrives on helping people. She is an active listener and aims to make you feel comfortable in buying or selling your home. After almost 20 years in the corporate world assisting various companies with project management, she made a leap of faith this year into real estate. Wendys expertise in negotiations, timelines, and delivery management added value to the already strong team of the Wethman Group.
Wendy moved back east in 2001 and fell in love with the Washington, DC area. Initially she lived in Arlington and worked in Reston, Ashburn, Alexandria and Washington, DC and in 2015 jumped across the river to live in Washington, DC. The diversity of people, culture, and landscape of DC puts a smile on her face every day.
