Hello! I'm Eric J Gerchberg, a Sales Agent with OCF Realty. I help people buy, sell, and develop real estate all over Philadelphia and its surrounding areas. I have a strong focus on ensuring my clients have an excellent experience through open communication and transparency. I'd like to tell you a little bit about my background and what inspires me; I hope it resonates with you.
In 2001, I moved to Philadelphia from Harrisburg to attend Temple University where I indulged my inner nerd and studied Physics and Mathematics. After school, I moved to New York and joined the team at Apple. Eventually, Apple brought me back to Philadelphia to help out at the store in Ardmore. While I was there, I learned that I truly enjoy working with people - that drove me to advance my career and focus on my passion for helping people. Whether through technology or real estate, I love finding the right fit for my client's lives. My education and professional experiences have taught me to be extremely analytical while providing an extraordinary client experience. Real estate couldn't be a more perfect fit for my personality!
Outside of work, I live in Rittenhouse with my wife, Melanie and dog, Prudence. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, cooking, eating, traveling, volunteering and running.
