My birthplace and early childhood home was in River Falls, Wisconsin. I graduated from Jersey Shore High School in North Central PA and attended WSU (now UW) in LaCrosse, WI. My home since 1981 has been Washington PA. and is also the hometown of my two sons, Drew and Timothy Phillips who both graduated from Trinity HS. Washington PA area is a great place for work and play!
In 19 years of serving my friends, family and community in selling and purchasing of homes I have kept abreast of the changes in the real estate law, the changes in the multi-list service, the market and the 'bazillion' changes in technology that make interaction with customers and clients more instantaneous. The real estate business is not stagnant and an agent must continue to stay in tune with the ever present changes or lose the opportunity to best represent their clients.
While I am a practicing real estate agent, I am also Team Leader of my Market Center which includes the Peters township and Washington offices.
I love my job and love the community I serve.
